Privacy Policy — Lunar Lords
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Lunar Lords ("the App") is developed by Michał Pełka, based in Poland ("we", "us").
This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and how you can control or
delete it.
Data we collect
-
Account identifiers. When you play, the App creates an anonymous
account. If you choose to link Google, Apple, or an email/password login, we store
the resulting account identifier and — depending on the method and what you choose
to share — your email address and/or name, via Firebase Authentication.
-
In-game profile. Your chosen nickname, selected nation, and game
progress (buildings, army, resources, artifacts) are stored so your progress
persists across devices and sessions.
-
Purchases. If you buy an in-game currency package, the purchase is
processed by Apple/Google's payment system and verified through RevenueCat. We
receive a confirmation record (product purchased, amount, and your account
identifier) to credit your in-game currency — we do not receive or store your
payment card details.
-
Push notification token. If you enable notifications, we store a
device push token so we can notify you of in-game events (e.g., being attacked by
another player).
-
Leaderboard data. If you win the game, your nickname and score are
published to a public Hall of Fame visible to other players.
Third parties we use
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions) — hosts your account and game data.
- RevenueCat — processes and verifies in-app purchases made through Apple/Google.
- Apple / Google Play — handle payment processing and, if you choose, Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In.
- Expo (push notification service) — delivers push notifications to your device.
We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App
(Account settings → Delete account). This permanently removes your game progress,
profile, and linked identifiers from our servers. Some purchase records may be
retained by Apple/Google/RevenueCat independently, per their own policies, for
accounting and legal purposes.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your
country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, or delete
your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. You can exercise
most of these directly in the App, or by contacting us below.
